We also require email verification from a permanent, active email address, or a valid social networking account. Along with our active community moderation and our commitment to review every contribution, this verification process helps us identify suspicious users or posts and ensures our confidence in the information we provide to potential sales reps.

At Sales Rookie, we believe in the value that Free Speech provides to society. The supreme court has repeatedly ruled that the right to anonymous free speech is protected by the First Amendment. In the context of Sales Rookie, anonymity allows sales reps to speak freely about their experience with a company without fear of retaliation or retribution.

Industry transparency is a core part of our mission here at Sales Rookie, so we can’t agree to remove any company profiles from our site. Relevant law allows us to host employer profiles without having to ask for permission.

Due to the difficulty of compiling a comprehensive list of all companies in the industry, we rely on the assistance of our users to notify us when we are missing information about a company.
